WHERE: a private residence in Houston, Texas   >> (dogs live here & will not be present)
Choose a hotel in the GALLERIA area of town. All the major hotel chains have an option in the Galleria area, and there are hundreds of restaurants. There are few AirBnB options near the retreat.
Plan for a 25-minute travel time from the Galleria area to the retreat location.

If you are FLYING into Houston: 
Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is in NORTH HOUSTON. Allocate at least 1 hour travel time from the airport to the retreat location. 
Hobby Airport (HOU) is about 40 minutes from the retreat location.  Hobby is smaller  than IAH. 

PREPARING YOUR BODY & MIND

1.  HYGIENE
Please, please, please wash your body thoroughly each day before coming to the retreat. 

Use a washcloth with soap and water to wash all the places that get sweaty — butt crack, groin, armpits, feet, all the folds and bits and pieces. Wear deodorant.  Do NOT wear perfumes or essential oils.  Brush your teeth.  Mouthwash is optional and recommended. 

This is self-care, partner-care, and community-care.  


2. WHAT TO WEAR
Wear clothes that are easy to move your body in and easy to take on and off.  Think yoga or exercise clothes — bike shorts, tank tops, t-shirts and shorts.  Avoid super oversized clothes that can hinder your movement.

You do NOT need to wear your sexiest lingerie or anything fancy.  Be comfortable so you can move your body. 

You will be asked to remove your street shoes when inside the house, so bring clean slippers, socks, or indoor sandals if desired. 


3. SELF-CARE
This work can be very stimulating — emotionally, energetically, and sensationally.  

Please drink plenty of water, starting now.  You being hydrated helps your body, nervous system, and brain process the information, the sensations, and all the emotions that can come up.

Please sleep all the hours you want and need the week prior to and during the retreat. Sleep is where you restore your self and integrate your experience. 


4.  WHAT TO BRING
* journal/notebook & pen to capture important gems of wisdom

* Sex Toys / Materials — Bring your favorite and regular stuff.  If you use a specific lube or vibrator or wand as part of your typical sex play, bring that.  (Do not bring toys that you haven’t used in 2 years.)
