You're on the path to becoming a confident, passionate lover, whose touch is safe, secure, and electrifying! ⚡️ You're on the path of smooth sensuality, authentic loving, and deep, generous listening. 🩷
Embodiment Practices to bring you out of mayhem / out of crisis / out of your head and into your body and deep wisdom. Each of these is about 25 minutes
Embodiment Practices will help you connect to the sensations and emotions of your body in the current moment. These guided trips through your body systems are meant to enhance your awareness of yourself and regulate your nervous system. The more you practice, the easier it will be to feel your feelings, know what you want in any given moment, get grounded and calm, and deeply connect with the people you love.
I recommend experimenting with these at least 2 times per week.
The first few times may feel awkward if it is new to you. Don't quit. Give yourself this practice to reduce anxiety and identify what you feel, what you need, and what you desire with more regular ease.
After you practice the Body Scan or Tree of Life, report back in the Voxer.
How to Report on your experience in Voxer:
We do NOT need an evaluation of good or bad, as in "I did or didn't like it."
For REPORTING, we are looking for the DATA of your experience -- sensations of the body, emotions of the heart, thoughts in the mind. Use the questions below as a guide.
1. What did you do? (Which practice did you do?)
2. What sensations did you feel in your body?
3. What emotions did you experience during the practice?
4. What thoughts came up during the practice? Which thoughts distracted you from being present with your body?
