This Virtual Assistant role is technical and artistic support for a deeply intimate and transformative pleasure-centered business.

Tech we are currently using:
Kartra, Acuity, Weebly, Canva, Otter, Voxer, Socials, G Suite, Zoom, Capcut, Loom
MUST HAVE at least 12+ months of working success with Kartra and Canva
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Kartra
Build and monitor the back-end file organization and communications in Kartra
Build out sales pages on Kartra and/or my Weebly website and funnels
Set up forms, tags, email broadcasts and reminders
Monitor and ensure all sign-ups get the emails, calendar link, SMS
Send replay and second chance emails, track audience engagement
Video editing:
Edit videos with a consistent voice, look, intro & branding style
Take 1 or multi-hour class and turn content into clips for social media (fb, yt, ig, tt)
Turn long-form video content into 3-5 part video series or evergreen digital class
Turn a video class or interview into a podcast
Content & Course Creation:
Turn my ideas/coaching concepts into infographics, workbooks, guides, etc for free or pay
Create rough draft posts for social media, emails, blogs based on Otter transcript
Proofreading, editing copy
Post to social media
Systems:
Create systems to support my visionary fire energy and sometimes slow follow-through
Manage projects, timelines, deadlines
Starting with 8 hours per week @ $25 - $28 / hour with room to grow
