WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN MY COACHING SESSIONS?
All coaching sessions with all people are a bit different. Because we’ve all learned so much misinformation about sex and have unique personal histories, we are all at different places on the spectrum of human sexual experience and development.
I've created a program and style for you to go deep, tap into your innate wisdom, and explore your desires. You will craft a vision for your sex, love, and life, and I will guide you through the process to create exactly what you desire.
As a Somatic Sex Educator, I cultivate a safe(r) space for you to understand your sexual function, emotional responses, and cognitive processes about your body, intimacy, sex, and relationships. Because this work is based in mindful embodiment and transformative processing, you can count on the coaching sessions comprising a diversity of exercises that could include visualizations, movement, touch, and of course, talk. I draw on a variety of modalities to complement and deepen the talking aspect of this work. I encourage and support transformation through movement, breath, consensual touch, visualizations, and vocalizations.
As a Sex, Love, and Leadership Coach, I support you to create and achieve specific, stretchy, and attainable goals. I hold you accountable to your commitments, your vision, and your values. I am your cheerleader, your mentor, and your teacher.
While this path is personal, the purpose of these coaching sessions is for you to understand yourself better, not to cultivate an interpersonal intimacy between you and me for mutually erotic gratification.
You can expect confidentiality, clear communication, and attentiveness. You can expect that I’ll offer you the best foundational, educational material I have to offer and tailor my coaching to your specific needs and goals while fostering a sense of safety, fun, and ease.

Eva Blake offers classes, coaching, and intensive mentorship in the range of $30 - $50,000. Every client's needs and learning objectives are different, and therefore each person's financial investment varies. For all classes or private coaching over $300, there is always a payment plan available.
This work is an investment in yourself, not a magic pill.

WHAT IS SEXOLOGICAL BODYWORK?
At its heart, SEXOLOGICAL BODYWORK is an educational approach to learning about your body and its capabilities. It is a compassionate somatic healing for your sexuality and relationships. SOMATIC means of, or relating to, the body - as being especially distinct from the mind. Sexological Bodywork is a somatic therapeutic technique that allows you to explore the stories, blocks, pleasures & desires you carry, and teaches you how to fully inhabit your body. Sexological Bodywork can help clients release chronically held tension in their pelvic floor, heal from sexual trauma, reduce scar tissue mass, and feel free, confident and empowered in their bodies. The practice of Sexological Bodywork is a collaborative endeavor between you and your practitioner. Bodywork is not about cultivating a deep interpersonal intimacy between practitioner and client. It does not entail mutual touch or instant gratification. This modality merges science and sensuality so the client can step into their own erotic power. Sexological Bodywork is not an appropriate modality for everyone. While everyone can benefit from erotic embodiment, Sexological Bodywork is just one of the modalities used at Liberating Desire to achieve freedom in one's body, mind, heart, and sexuality. |
WHAT IS SCAR TISSUE REMEDIATION?
When the skin is opened, as a result of trauma (car accident, assault, childbirth, surgery), scar tissue grows to heal and protect that space. As the scar tissue grows and expands over the course of a lifetime, the body can become contorted or restricted in some way, resulting in the loss of sensation or mobility. Scar Tissue Remediation deliberately brings attention, warmth, and touch to the scared area to dissolve the web of tissues, creating an opening for more movement, sensation, and freedom in the body.
Just like you have "muscle memory" as a result of years of tying your shoes or playing an instrument, your scar tissues can hold the memory of trauma and grief. Intentional touch generates an opportunity for your body to release tension, fear, or other emotions related to the trauma, relieving you of long-held, heavy stress.

WHO WOULD BE MY PRACTITIONER?
Our practitioner is EVA BLAKE. She is our main instructor for our courses & classes, and the coach for the individual and couples services offered through Liberating Desire. Eva's work as a practitioner, educator, and coach lives in the realm of the sacred duty. She approaches the mysteries of sexuality and spirit with wonder, and interacts with sexuality as a fundamental and incredibly rich component of human existence. |

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A CLASS OR WORKSHOP?
I teach classes on a wide variety of subject with varying degrees of participation, so the short answer is, “it depends.”
Some classes are multimedia-based lectures, including a touch demonstration with a live person. These classes are hands-off and clothing on. This is one end of the spectrum of participatory classes. Lots of looking and only as much talking as you want.
The class "Boundaries, Consent, and Desire" is an embodiment exploration to find, express, and practice your Yes and No! This is a highly interactive workshop, with all clothes on. Some touch can be negotiated if the participants agree and consent.
I also facilitate a women’s self-pleasure circle, for women only. This is a hands-on, clothing optional erotic embodiment experience. This space is designed and facilitated with the intention of deepening into one’s own sexuality in a supportive environment. This is a fully participatory event, with personal process opportunity, movement, ritual arts, interactive experiences, and dedicated time for one’s self.
In all of my workshops and classes, all participants are always encouraged to participate to their level of edge-pushing comfort. All exercises, interactive and solo, are designed with learning objectives in mind and can be adjusted as needed. Every participant is at choice in all their moments.
ARE THE CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS SEXUAL?
Yes and No. These classes are always about some component of sex, sexuality, eroticism, and erotic embodiment. So, yes, these classes are sexual. Each class or course will be explicit in the description as to whether the class or course will be hands-on or hands-off, clothes-on or clothes-off.
If there is a class or workshop or playshop that involves intentional intimacy or interactions with other participants, the invitation to the event will be very clear in this regard. And, as a participant, you are always encouraged to exercise your own desire to choose how and with whom you participate.
