Fundamentals of Ecstasy for Women:
the Motion in the Ocean
Most of the images I see of women in sex are oriented to the gaze of the mainstream male consumer — whether in still photos or moving pictures. The most common depictions we see of women having sex are fictional, dumbed-down versions of male fantasies. We’re led to believe that lube isn’t necessary, that every moment in a woman’s sexual turn on is amazing, and that intercourse always leads to epic orgasms. What is even worse is the idea that as women we need to wait for our partner to give us an orgasm.
All of this takes the power of passion and pleasure out of our own hands and bodies.
Lots of women I have talked to experience some kind of "leaving" during their intimate moments, whether that is a conversation, kissing, or sexual activity. That kind of "leaving" could be thinking of the past (what you did or didn't do before this moment) or thinking of the future (your laundry list of to-dos for tomorrow).
Some of us that leave might be leaving the awareness or focus of our bodies to think or worry about what is happening with the person we're with: Are they having a good time? Do they like what is happening? And that worry can lead us to cater our behavior to what we imagine they want, without actually being tuned into what is feeling good to us, what we want, how we want to be feeling, or if we want to shift or change our experience.
And, if we have experienced trauma in our life, this dynamic of leaving can lead us to have even more difficulty staying present.
This class is designed to show you how to stay present in your own skin and use what you got in your own body’s brilliant capacities for sexual pleasure without waiting for anyone to do anything.
This class is for you if you…
Using the 4 Keys to Ecstasy, we’re going to use the tools of your body — your breath, awareness, motion, and sound — to shift your consciousness, raise your erotic energy, and create an ecstatic state of arousal inside your skin.
Most of all, I'm going to show you how you can use the tools of your own human body to control the motion of your ocean to expand into the limitlessness of pleasure possibilities.

This class is for you if you…
- Think you’re taking too long to climax and you want some tools to relax and have fun.
- Get confused about how to generate your own sexual energy or really turn yourself on.
- You get turned on somewhat but can’t get yourself any higher in arousal.
- Or, you feel like you’re waiting for your partner to do the right thing to get you “over the edge.”
